Monitors privatization efforts in Japan that affect ACCJ member companies. Authored four white papers: "Applying Global Best Practices to Privatization in Japan," "Applying Global Best Practices to the Privatization of Narita Airport," and two papers entitled "Applying Privatization Global Best Practices to Japan Post," one issued before, and one after the bill to privatize Japan Post was passed by the Diet in 2005. Often meets with U.S. and Japanese government officials, influential politicians and representatives of other organizations to present its view.
