2008 Committee Description
The ACCJ Healthcare Committee focuses on overarching healthcare reforms through the exchange of opinions among its subcommittees and the development of policy recommendations that best serve the interests of the Japanese patients.

2008 Committee Objectives

• Hold bimonthly meetings with Subcomittee leaders to promote information exchange and identify synergies among the subcommittees
  
• Hold periodic events on healthcare reform with key opinion leaders, doctors and government officials  
  
• Identify key themes such as prevention/early detection to serve as a platform for all subcomittees
