2008 Committee Description
Tasked to advocate that current labor law reforms improve workers prospects for moving to better opportunities at other companies and allow more flexibility in human resource management by encouraging greater freedom of contract in the employment relationship through clear rules that reflect the changing labor market.

• Kicked off a core team discussion on Viewpoint on deregulation of the Worker Dispatch Law and the Job Stabilization Law
• Proactively involved in organizing a special seminar on labor policy by LDP diet member Mr. Goto in the annual USJBC/JUSBC meeting held on October 6, 2008
