Please join the ACCJ as we honor the 2017 ACCJ Person of the Year, Atsushi “Andy” Saito, Commissioner of Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, Senior Fellow to KKR Japan, and former President and CEO of the Japan Exchange Group.
Mr. Saito will share insights including how the Tokyo Stock Exchange is embracing corporate governance and how the Tokyo Global Financial Center Promotional Council is working to promote Tokyo as one of the world's top financial centers, among other topics.
As Japan seeks to increase its productivity and international competitiveness, Mr. Saito will draw upon his deep experience advocating for corporate governance enhancements to discuss such issues as stagnant growth, inefficiency, and aversion to change. Overcoming issues like these will remain critical as the business community becomes increasingly international and global.
We hope you will be able to join us in celebrating Mr. Saito’s achievements on March 20.
