He then formed RSR Partners in 1999, where he serves as Chairman. In 2012, Mr. Reynolds published Heads, a book that recounts the story of his journey from 1969 to present. Mr. Reynolds has counseled chairmen, presidents and CEOs of a wide range of companies.
At this event, Mr. Reynolds will give us a personal view of the executive search industry, flavored with anecdotes and personal stories from a lifetime of success. Participants will also get a chance to ask questions to help demystify this somewhat misunderstood industry.
Some of the areas Mr. Reynolds will touch upon:
-Trends in the executive search industry
-How to grow your firm into a global powerhouse
-How to leverage executive search both as a client and as a candidate (including Japan's need for more women in leadership roles)
-How executive search firms find candidates
-How to recruit board members (including the global and Japan focus on more women on boards)
-Benefits of retained search vs. contingency
