Kazumi Nishikawa received his BA, Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo in 1996. He completed his studies at Georgetown University Law Center in 2004 and is a licensed Attorney at Law in New York State, USA. Mr. Nishikawa has served in many positions in the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry (METI) over the years. His last position was as Director for Trade Strategy, Trade Policy Bureau and Director for the Global Economic Policy Unit in the Minister's Secretariat. He assumed his current position as Director, Healthcare Industries Division, Commerce and Service Industry Policy Group in July 2017.
