Ken Theriault, Representative Director and Country Manager of Costco Wholesale Japan, will join us to talk about his exciting journey from zero to 25 warehouse stores, six gas stations, and two depots and the challenges he faced through the process. We will hear the details of Costco's unique business model and globally successful practices. Also, Mr. Theriault will dig deeper into what makes Costco one of the most successful foreign retailers in Japan as well as strategies and potential challenges for the future of Costco Japan.
