The 2017 CEO Forum is pleased to host a luncheon event with special guests, Mr. Yasuchika Hasegawa and Dr. Tomoyoshi Noda. Well-known for his leadership as President of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., Mr. Hasegawa will share a behind-the-scenes account of his experience leading the largest-ever cross-border takeover by a Japanese pharmaceutical company and discuss the challenges of transforming the company from a domestic drug maker to a global biopharma player. Mr. Hasegawa’s story will shed light on business and leadership issues that extend beyond industry-specific topics.
The event will include a discussion by Mr. Hasegawa and ISL Founder Dr. Noda on their efforts to shape the next generation of business leaders at Shizenkan Graduate School of Leadership and Innovation, which focuses on developing whole-person business leaders to lead organizational transformation and innovation with creativity, willpower and character.
