Jiri M. Mestecky: Partner and Registered Foreign Attorney with Kitahama Partners (Osaka Office)
Mr. Mestecky is the head of Kitahama Partners' European Practice Group and advises clients on international intellectual property, corporate and commercial transactional and arbitration matters. He is also a former Governor and Vice President of the ACCJ and currently serves on the ACCJ Kansai Executive Committee.
