The Living in Chubu Committee offers a range of activities to ACCJ Chubu members that stimulate and enhance cultural learning in a social atmosphere. Committee members strive to support and facilitate the overall objectives of ACCJ Chubu by adding value to the membership as a whole. Specifically, this committee takes responsibility for the following events and activities: an annual hanami event, an annual golf tournament, quarterly meet and greets, and the Champagne Ball. The Champagne Ball, held annually in the fall, attracts more than 250 people from the local international community, making it the largest of its kind in Nagoya. This committee meets from time to time and anyone interested in social interaction and event planning is encouraged to join this committee.
