As the premier chamber of commerce and an active participant in the dialogue shaping the business landscape in Japan, the ACCJ regularly makes headlines in Japan.
ACCJ membership ensures those doing business in and with Japan have access to the networking, information and advocacy that are crucial to successfully navigating the business environment in Japan.
The ACCJ promotes the collective interests of its members through regular interactions with the Japanese and U.S. governments, including the annual Diet and D.C. Doorknock events.
The ACCJ-Kansai annual Walk-a-thon takes place each year on the 3rd Saturday in October. Since 2006, members of the community have turned out to raise funds in support of improving the environment for working women in Japan.
Open to the public, the popular event offers entertainment, international food booths, kids' play areas and much more, in addition to the 3km walk.
