Gary Burnison, CEO of Korn/Ferry International, recently embarked on a

journey to engage in discussions with leaders around the world. He had

one-on-one conversations with leaders in business, politics, education,

and philanthropy to openly discuss how they handled (often very

publicly) war, economic downturn, corporate turnover, and even

retirement - crucial career defining moments. These world-class leaders,

including Michael Bloomberg, New York City Mayor; Indra Nooyi, Chairman

and CEO of Pepsico; and Liu Chuanzhi, Founder of Lenovo, all show the

risks one must be willing to take, as well as the vision, resilience,

and compassion necessary to lead and inspire others to follow.

Based in Los Angeles and on a special visit to Tokyo, Mr. Burnison will

offer some insight into the traits and characteristics that are critical

for today's global leaders.

Mr. Burnison spearheads Korn/Ferry's transformation as a diversified

human capital organization. He brings hands-on experience to his current

position, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial

Officer for Korn/Ferry from 2003 to 2007.

Mr. Burnison is a published author, accomplished speaker and a regular

contributor to CBNC, CNN, Fox Business and other international news

outlets.
