In addition to being a prominent leader of the ACCJ, he was the founder of Fusion Systems, an IT Solutions Company based in Tokyo, which was acquired for $60 million in 1999. Following this he founded Building2, a technology investment company which launched several successful companies. Now he is the CEO of Fusion Systems, which he re-launched in November of 2005. Fusions Systems is headquartered in Tokyo, with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
He is a highly sought after speaker, having given presentations at Stanford University, Hitotsubashi University, Japan-America Society's e-Business Round Table, Entrepreneurs Association of Tokyo and many American Chamber of Commerce events.
