He has held various responsibilities during his time at IMS including roles in Client Services, Sales, and Marketing. In 2011, Alan was appointed Director Pharma Segmentation and Global Account Management. In this role he works with IMS teams globally to deliver expanded business intelligence and decision support to pharmaceutical companies in Japan and abroad.
