Change is inevitable. Can your employees turn change into a positive force? To ensure a positive outcome, frontline managers must skillfully lead and manage change. This case study-based workshop prepares you to facilitate and implement change initiatives.
According to the AMA Global Leadership Development Survey 2012, "change management skill" is the most important competency for global leaders today.
This workshop is targeted at managers who lead and implement various types of changes in management plans, as well as those who want to broaden their current change management skills.
What participants will learn:
- Define change management and differentiate five types of organizational change
- Assess and identify major issues involved in organizational readiness
- Demonstrate greater mastery of key change management skills
What participants will experience in the workshop:
- An ice breaker to get comfortable and get to know each other
- Team discussions using a case study
and then sharing the results with other teams.
- Work in teams to discuss the areas in which their organization is most change ready, and the areas in which their organizations are least change ready.
