Do you want to improve your negotiation and communication skills? Have you wondered how people perceive the way you communicate? Have you wished that you and your team could learn strategies and skills to communicate and negotiate more effectively with all types of people, and with each other?
Your conflict style is your preferred, "go to" strategy when faced with a negotiation or a conflict. Participants will leave with an understanding of their own style, how to recognize the styles of others, and how to approach negotiations and discussions when faced with different or opposing styles. This knowledge and self-awareness can help participants to communicate and negotiate more strategically.
