Bring it! Is an event series that seeks to bring people together for short discussions on specific topics regarding business in Japan; more specifically Nagoya. The format generally begins with a short 30 minute guided discussion on the selected topic, followed by a longer open discussion and networking period. Bring your ideas, experience, or questions to the table!
This time, Jeremy Cowx, Representative Director of Integrated Micro-Electronics Japan Inc., will lead a short discussion on "Insight Selling." While the concept is relevant to all businesses, it remains poorly understood. Jeremy will talk about how this sales practice can help you sell more, almost regardless of what you are selling. Following this short discussion will be the informal networking session where you can meet like-minded individuals and bounce ideas, seek and offer advice, and create new connections in a casual environment. Non-members of the ACCJ are highly encouraged to attend, as are potential entrepreneurs who are thinking of starting their own business in Japan.
The event takes place on Thursday, March 21st, 2013 at 6:30 p.m., and will be held at Red Rock. The cost is ¥1,000 for members, ¥1,500 for non-members, and includes one drink and light appetizers.
