The Women in Business Committee highlighted networking as one of the key skill areas we'd like to address this year, and we've invited Andrew Silberman, President and Chief Enthusiast for AMT Group and Co-chair of the ACCJ Membership Relations Committee, to share what he's learned through over 20 years of networking in Japan. In this highly interactive discussion, including practice and real networking, Andrew will cover what to do before, during and after a networking event; helping you to better manage your network.
He'll share various approaches to entering conversations as well as the potentially awkward exiting of conversations. Most importantly, you will leave with a better idea of how can you strengthen your own network in order to reach your personal and professional goals.
