About Andrew Silberman
Andrew is President and Chief Enthusiast for AMT Group, K.K., which he co-founded in Tokyo in 1992. He is also a two-time ACCJ Leader of the Year recipient. His 2012 book, "Get a G.R.I.P.: Andrew's Ax Guide to Global Readiness?" offers a radical approach to learning and development that combines music, "sentence stemming" and discussions. Andrew will demonstrate his approach, guide us through a few exercises and
he'll share insights gained through helping thousands of managers navigate the global market's turbulent waters. By doing these fun and educational exercises, you will raise both your energy and your leadership quotient. A similar event in Tokyo last April was described by an ACCJ leader as "refreshingly interactive and interesting."
Note: ACCJ events are for ACCJ members and their guests only. To learn more about becoming an ACCJ member, see the Membership section of this site or contact the Membership Services Department at info@accj.or.jp / (03) 3433-7304.
