Are you looking for a way to increase your company's organizational effectiveness? Join Dr. Stephen Schuitevoerder as he introduces Process Work, a dynamic new tool that can be used to dramatically improve leadership and organizational effectiveness by enhancing transparent communication and increasing individual and group awareness. Process Work involves interactive, facilitated discussions that aim to explore various perspectives on an issue or conflict, toward gaining a deeper and more holistic understanding and insight into it. Attendees will come away with an understanding of: various roles in conflict and the importance of "fleshing out" these roles with personal experience, dealing with individual and organizational "edges," bringing out and addressing "ghosts" (those spoken about but not physically present in a discussion), and recognizing and avoiding misuse of different kinds of rank and power.

About the Facilitator:
Dr. Stephen Schuitevoerder is an international consultant, lecturer and facilitator, working with diversity issues, team building, executive development and organizational conflict in Japan, South Africa, Australia, Russia, South America, Mexico and the United States.
