The Sales Development Committee welcomes Dr. Greg Story to help answer the biggest questions facing sales leaders.
Sales Leadership is creating environments that influence others to achieve group goals. People however, only truly support a world they help create. Sales management is the creation, implementation and monitoring of process. People support a process that helps them succeed. Does your sales team support your process? Are you clear about your vision for the team, for the company? What about your sales team? Are they clear about the company vision the "where we want to be" end goal? Do the core values of your sales team line up with the core values of the organization or is everyone "marching to the beat of their own drum" with no synchronization of effort? Do they own the core values, so that they commit to following them? Does your team trust you? I mean, really trust you?
Now before you is that opportunity to learn a powerful set of principles which will help you to dissipate all those questions and thereby strengthen your relationships with the your sales team. At the completion of this two hour workshop the participants will be able to:
1.) Understand where they are and where they want to be
2.) Relate to the leadership tower (vision-trust-relationships-communication)
3.) Identify their core values and vision
Dr. Greg Story is President of Dale Carnegie Japan and brings to the workshop Dale Carnegie Training's 101 years of accumulated learning on developing sales leaders, together with his own 21 years of experience leading sales teams in Japan.
