Event Review: The 9 Leadership Principles of Dale Carnegie (Kansai Event - Workshop in Japanese)
The Kansai Business Programs Committee hosted Kazuya Kitago
(CEO, SPO, K.K. and Dale Carnegie Training Course Trainer since 1999) on April 8th for a Japanese language workshop event held at Eli Lilly Japan.
A total of 64 participants were broken into 8 groups of 8 to experience this condensed version of the Dale Carnegie Course.
Mr. Kitago's presentation was very lively and his passion and energy created a very positive atmosphere, which made participation fun and easy. There was a 'world cup style' short speech contest to close out the event in which the 8 groups chose a representative to be in the final '8' and then all of the participants selected the most impressive speech. The participant who was selected as having the most impressive speech was awarded a Dale Carnegie key chain and ball pen.
