Any legal entity which
(1) is established under applicable Japanese law as either a stand-alone entity, a parent company or a subsidiary or as an affiliate of any legal entity, established under applicable Japanese or non-Japanese law or
(2) has a representative or branch office in Japan, and which is interested in supporting the Chamber and its purposes and activities, shall be eligible to apply for a Commercial Membership irrespective of its ultimate control or head office location.
There are two types of commercial memberships: Corporate Sustaining Membership (CS) and Company Membership (CM).
