Falling behind in the race to keep up with technology? Feeling adrift on an ocean of acronyms? As anyone doing business in Japan knows, technology is advancing at breakneck speed - and carrying most of us right along with it. However, finding the time and the resources to keep up with all the developments is easier said than done, especially with the full-time demands of running a business.
That's why the Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) Committee is launching a NEW monthly program aimed at arming business owners, executives, and senior managers with the knowledge they need to stay on top of developments in the world of technology.
Each Brown Bag Briefing covers a specific topic from the world of
information technology that is timely and of use to people operating and managing businesses. Each month we'll dig into topics like social media, e-commerce, cloud computing, disaster recovery, SEO and more. Best of all, each briefing will be conducted by a subject matter expert in that month's topic.
And we know you're busy, so briefings are presented at lunchtime in the ACCJ's boardroom and will last up to 90 minutes, no more. The session includes a complimentary brown bag lunch. Please be sure to book early, as space is limited to 25 participants.
