The series? target audience are the managers who are aspired to be, or expected to be global leaders for their companies in future so that we can grow strong Japanese talents as major human resource at global companies. We also extend the invitation to high potential female managers to drive diversity, and ACCJ members (limited and first come, first served basis) who can commit their active participation to all 4 sessions.
The series will be done by the experienced executives from global companies interactively so that the ?trainees? can learn 1st hand from their experiences and create a network with the speakers and among themselves.
