We will achieve this by examining such things as:

-the importance of getting past the ?normal? surface awareness of culture to a deeper awareness of culture every day at work.
-the gap between 2 key cultural values of Japan and the US a critical incident that allows you to apply what you learned
We will also tap into the extensive experience in the room by breaking out into small groups and
sharing challenges and best practices for working successfully in Japan.
Take-Aways will include:
1. Insight into the impact of culture and values on doing business in Japan and globally
