What to Expect:

In the 21st century and especially after the recent catastrophe, organizations are challenged to find new ways to function in even better ways. A dialog experience will help organizations to deepen trust, and discover and create a shared vision to create the new future. The participants will also learn how the organization's performance is enhanced when the capacity and creativity of an individual is unleashed and displayed, and vice versa.

Kaoru Sasaki, one of the world's leading drum circle facilitators, brings dynamic and creative new perspectives to groups and organizations. After majoring in socio-linguistics at the graduate school of Monash University, Australia, Ms. Sasaki went on to study 'learning organizations' and other concepts intensively, to translate what she has non-verbally experienced and discovered in drum circles into a verbal way.

What you will learn:

- That each person is different and has a unique and important role to play. This can be a strength to any organization.

- What it takes to be a better communicator.

- How 'colorful' brisk and energetic an organization can be when there is successful cooperation.

- How to trust in the organization.

- To think creatively.

- To have ashared successful experience.

- To have a shared vision.

What we will do:

- Experience a facilitated Drum Circle.

- Debrief & discuss how each voice is critical to the whole.
