So what exactly is the WIB Committee and what will it do? One of the core drivers behind the decision to set up the committee is the perceived need to advocate in Japan for gender diversity/inclusion,
equal opportunity for women to excel at all levels of organizations, and a productive work environment.

Why is this necessary? Are there barriers that hamper the advance of women in the workplace in Japan? What are they? And most importantly,
what is the most pressing issue that YOU think needs to be addressed?

Join the newly formed WIB Committee for this important lunch-time interactive roundtable discussion where we will discuss these questions
and ask you to share your ideas as to which are the key issues that the Committee should prioritize. Help us set the agenda. Together we can use this session to blueprint the activities and priorities for the Committee for the rest of the year.

This is also your chance to hear the ideas and experiences of others and gain more insight into the issues faced by women in business. Join in, speak up and participate in this hands-on session as we set the agenda and build the strategy for this committee.

Participants in the session will take part in group discussions, facilitated by two WIB leaders who are prominent in the training and development field in Japan.
