The Women in Business Committee welcomes Barbara Adachi, the USA National Managing Director of Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting LLP.
Ms. Adachi has been named one of the "100 Most Influential Women in Business" consecutively every year since 2003 by the San Francisco Business Times. Barbara recently served as the National Managing Principal for Deloitte LLP's award-winning Women's Initiative (WIN) from 2007 to 2012, driving marketplace growth and creating a culture where the best (women and men) choose to be. Barbara also received the 2009 Leadership Award from the Asian Women in Business Organization.

Barbara is committed to building highly diverse world class business organizations, both internally at Deloitte and within the broader business community. In this session, Barbara will provide her perspective on strategies and actions to encourage diversity in business settings, including how each of us can take proactive steps to effect change.
