WALTER LOHMAN
Mr. Lohman will talk about the broader aspects of U.S. policy in East Asia. He will also discuss the impact of the presidential election in the U.S., Asia policy and the U.S.-Japan alliance.

BRUCE KLINGNER
Mr. Klingner will talk about some specific aspects of the U.S.-Japan relationship. He will also discuss the U.S.'s "pivot" or "rebalancing" in Asia in terms of regional security and stability. Additionally, he will discuss the importance of the Japan-South Korea relationship.

DR. KUMI YOKOE
Dr. Yokoe will explain the difference between the U.S. and Japanese elections with her on-site experience in both countries. She just attended the U.S. Republican and Democratic National Conventions. She is a graduate of Matsushita Institute of Government and Economics, from which Prime Minister Noda is also a graduate from.
