Lead generation is a basic requirement for the success of any sales team. This workshop will revisit the fundamentals of lead generation, identify methods that work for B2B sales in Japan, and discuss how to apply them.

The list of possible lead generation techniques is long and varied. Mastering the most effective mix for the specifics of the Japanese market can accelerate your sales. Moreover, how do you organize your internal resources to generate qualified leads? We will seek to base our discussion on real world B2B lead generation successes in Japan.

This workshop will be quite interactive. Before the workshop, we will ask you to send in responses to several questions. During the workshop, we will seek your contribution to the discussion with your own insights.
Within the limits of a 2-hour workshop, we'll try to relate to your specific situation. Needless to say, if you expect a one-way lecture this workshop will not be for you.

In all likelihood you will come away from this workshop with several suggestions for action that you can soon put to use in your B2B sales activities. Join us for yet another 2 hours packed with takeaways to make your boss happy and possibly increase your sales volume in a shorter time frame.
