- Noriaki Usui, Senior Deputy Head for the Section of Special Zones for Reconstruction at the Reconstruction Agency of Japan, who is in charge of Special Zones for Reconstruction, will provide a brief presentation on the current status and path forward for reconstruction of the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
