In this session, Towers Watson will share the findings of its most recent HR Services Delivery survey, the only global survey benchmarking how companies in Japan and across Asia cope with the high pressure on HR organizations to increase their effectiveness and efficiency. Specific topics addressed include comparative data on how companies deliver HR services to their global workforces, what organization structures are most effective, what HR systems are most common, and how talent management and recruiting programs are executed.
