Which comes first: Work or private life? Of course, both are important - our experiences from career and personal life combine to create our unique self, each one of us different from everyone else. In this workshop, we will look at your work-life "integration" and explore the idea of utilizing your individual experiences as your strengths.

The "Career Rainbow" theory considers "career" as not only your work, but also the variety of roles and experiences in your life that allow you to have flexible ideas about how you think about your career. You will have a chance to reflect on your work-life integration -- for example, a fulfilling work life makes your family life more fulfilling, and a fulfilling family life then helps give you a more fulfilling personal life

Yuriko Miyazaki, a consultant, trainer and facilitator with Krene KK, will lead this interactive workshop, where participants will have an opportunity to review and start their own work-life integration process, using both personal reflection and group discussion in a relaxing atmosphere.

Participants who do not belong to any chambers are required to pay by credit card. Please complete this credit card authorization and fax it to: 03-3433-8454.
