The American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (Chubu Chapter) and the Tokai Japan Canada Society and welcome the Cherry Blossoms to Nagoya and invite you to join us for our 2013 BBQ Potluck Hanami Party.

Well...we suppose the blossoms will be gone, but we can still enjoy some great hana yori dango and some nice, warm weather.

We ask that each guest bring at least one food item that is ready to eat or can be cooked on the BBQ. The ACCJ and TJCS will secure the space and provide the following:

BBQ to cook on
your first drink (beer or chu-hi)
eating supplies / utensils
condiments (mustard, ketchup, etc..)
some light snacks
some non-alcoholic drinks

In addition, beer & chu-hi will be available for purchase.

Adult: ¥1,500
Child: ¥500
Family: ¥2,500
