ACCJ Workshop Series 2011-2012 Featured Some of the Best Trainers in Tokyo
The ACCJ Workshop series highlights some of the best trainers in Tokyo. Many ACCJ members see the workshop series as a key benefit of ACCJ membership, and send their employees for training through these workshops. This 2011-2012 ACCJ Workshop Series highlighted the training of Elizabeth Handover, Yoshi Matsui, Pam Noda, Yuri Morikawa, Annette Karseras, Kaoru Sasaki, and Grant Bosnick.
Elizabeth Handover's Lumina Learning workshop helped managers to know themselves, understand better those they work with, and adapt to the needs of different interpersonal situations. Yoshi Matsui's workshop introduced two cutting edge leadership assessments: (a) TriMetrix psychometrics and (b) the Zenger-Folkman online leadership assessment, which allowed participants to identify their leadership strengths and areas to develop, toward taking their leadership to the next level.
Pam Noda and Yuri Morikawa's workshop shared how to build your best team ever with relationship systems coaching, through reading the tone, or energy in a team and deliberately working with it to create an intended atmosphere and outcome. Annette Karseras' workshop focused on developing cross-cultural interpersonal skills through listening and switching between high and low context communication styles. Grant Bosnick's workshop focused on enhancing creativity through imagination, association and inspiration, brainstorming and categorizing.
