Driving Performance through Leadership presented as the Fourth and Final Event in the Kansai Leadership Series

Paul Hudson, Representative Director and President, AstraZeneca K.K. spoke to the Leadership Series attendees on “Driving Performance through Leadership”. This was the fourth and final event of the Leadership Series that started in September 2011 and was a very fitting closing presentation for this extremely highly evaluated event.

The “Leadership Series” was developed with a focus on growing strong Japanese leaders for global companies and the global environment. The series’ target audience were managers who aspire to be, or are expected to be, global leaders for their companies in the future with the objective of training strong Japanese talent as a major human resource at global companies. Mari Nogami, Kansai Women in Business Committee Chair, was selected as Leader of the Year, partly for her role in developing this series.
