• Drive key initiatives i.e. “One Kansai”, Diversity and Internationalization.
  
• Emphasis will be on “One Kansai” which will drive others.
  
• Key initiatives in Tourism, Entrepreneurship (within large corporations, SMEs and venture companies) and internationalization. 

Metrics

• Aim for increased presence for ACCJ in Kansai.
• Build “Tourism” to publish “One Kansai: Tourism” paper by the end of year.
  
• Pick another subject from “One Kansai” paper to deepen the subject.

Goals for 2012

• Maintain contact with the key prefecture governors and governments.
  
• Maintain contact with the key mayors and city governments.
• Maintain contact with economy groups such as Kinki METI, Kankeiren, Unity of Kansai Governments (Kansai Kouiki Rengo), chambers of commerce etc.
• Get involvement of Kyoto.
  
• In order to accomplish the above, the members of EAC will be given responsibilities to maintain and build relationships with each.
  
• Maintain contact with other committees of ACCJ Kansai to accomplish the above.
