The Women in Leadership Subcommittee is a special subcommittee aimed at providing support to executive women who are currently holding senior leadership positions in their companies, and whose careers are already well-established. The needs and challenges faced by women in this category are different and more specialized than for those whose careers are in the early or middle stages. Because of this specialized focus, the committee is closed, with membership open only to executive women with over 20 years of business experience and who are senior leaders in their organizations.
