In the wake of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, Japan is seeking
concrete ways to foster economic growth and revitalization -- not only for
the affected areas but also for the country as a whole. The Japanese
business community is outspoken in its support of Japan's participation in
the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), so we think the timing is right to
reconvene the ACCJ's TPP Task Force. Please join us next Monday at the ACCJ
office for a meeting to discuss our approach to this important regional
trade initiative.
