Ann Sado is Representative Director of A to Z Sado Enterprises Ltd., a consulting boutique established in 1995 which specializes in marketing, PR and communications. Ann has an extensive background and has held many leadership posts such as Creative Service Director of Earthguide Japan Co., Ltd. producing Bottler Conventions for Coca-Cola Japan, Marketing Manager of the Aramis Division in the Estee Lauder Group, Group Product Manager in Development and Brand Management for L'Oreal Japan, Consultant at Roland Berger & Partners Ltd. and as Vice President of Apparel at Reebok Japan Inc.
Ann will join us to talk about the challenges and future scenario that she sees will affect Japanese companies as more foreign workers come to Japan, the population ages with more people requiring care and women participating more fully in the workforce. By referring to Power Competencies and accompanying Key Behaviors that are critical to being Diversity-Competent, Ann will share case studies that can be a good reference for managers and employees alike.
