management? Whatever HR challenges your organization is facing, bring them along to join in a fast-paced, highly interactive ?World Café? style discussion designed to identify the most pressing topics for 2012 Human Resource Management in Japan!



In this session, it is your ideas shared in the small group discussion that will be the focus. The interactive "World Cafe" format encourages

idea-sharing, listening, movement, and inclusion. This collective learning approach uses small groups in stimulating discussions, with movements between topics and tables, sharing and connecting ideas across groups, and creation of themes to describe the big picture.



Intended for HR managers in any HR-related function, this session will be an opportunity to: 1) discuss with HR colleagues the HR issues most

on your mind, 2) gather insights that could be helpful in forming your own company?s 2012 HR agenda, and 3) benefit our entire ACCJ HR

community by helping to shape the ACCJ HR Committee program agenda for 2012. You will leave with a better sense of the key issues in HR in

western firms in Japan for 2012, along with a number of stimulating conversations to help shape your own company's HR agenda. HR managers of

all member companies are warmly invited to participate, and corporate HR managers in particular are encouraged to come share their HR concerns, comments, and suggestions.
