EVENT OVERVIEW: Get your golf bag out and join your fellow ACCJ members and guests at the Annual ACCJ Spring Golf Tournament! Variety is the spice of life, and this year Lakewood Golf Club was chosen for the tournament. The tournament fee includes greens fees, cart, and after party. Invite your friends and colleagues to play! We expect to fill the card with 72 of the ACCJ's most avid golfers in a matter of days, so sign up soon! The game will follow the PRS ("Shin Peoria") handicap scoring system, so even players without an established handicap can potentially place. Groupings will be made in advance, and participants will be notified of their playing partners and starting hole on the day of the tournament. If you want to play with specific ACCJ members, please indicate this on your registration form. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's request, but please understand we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

If you plan to take a shuttle from the train station, please let us know when registering. Foursomes & Tee Times: Pairings will be made in advance as much as possible and all members will be notified of their playing partners and starting hole on the day of the tournament. If you want to play with specific ACCJ members, please indicate this on the registration form below (after checking with your partners in advance!).

Check-in: All players must check in at the clubhouse between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. for the 9:30 a.m. shotgun start. Each foursome should select a team captain who will be responsible for verifying and submitting ONE official scorecard for all four players Payment & Cancellation Policy: Your entry fees and those of any guests will be charged to your ACCJ account. If you cancel after the deadline, the full participation fee will be charged.

Substitutions: Sorry, substitutions are not allowed under any circumstances. Rain: We will play in the rain. In the event of a heavy rain storm, please call the golf course (0463-72-1150) to determine if the tournament has been cancelled or postponed or Kazumi Watanabe: 090-5754-1425.
