The Women in Business Committee welcomes female and male professionals of all experience levels and professions to continue the discussion fueled by the popular Question and Answer sessions during our Women in Business Speaker Series. At our second wholly interactive event, you will have the opportunity to mentor and be mentored, one-on-one, by discussing personal experiences and challenges relating to gender diversity in business.

We ask that attendees bring at least one question related to guidance/advice they would like to receive on women's role in business to start off the "peer mentoring" sessions. The night will begin with a brief presentation by Committee Co-Chair Elizabeth Handover, explaining the guidelines of a successful mentoring relationship. Each round will take about five minutes, giving participants the opportunity to speak with a number of peers and gain a wide range of practical and helpful advice. The event will conclude with an opportunity to network with your new contacts and follow up with further discussion.
