Tickets are now on sale for the 2012 ACCJ Kansai Walk-a-thon!

Buy a ticket(s) for working mothers! This year we are inviting 200 working mothers and their families to the event and giving them the opportunity to enjoy a full day of fun. Since many of these kids and their mothers do not often have the opportunity to enjoy this kind of an event, we need your help in sponsoring their tickets; specifically, we need 3,000 yen per invitation/person (Walk-a-thon ticket 2,000 yen + food tickets 1,000 yen).

Simply contact the ACCJ Kansai Office to confirm how many invitations you would like to sponsor. We expect to invite approximately 200 people, which means a minimum of 600,000 yen in sponsorship money is needed. Buy a ticket(s) for yourself! Tickets can be purchased by accessing the ACCJ Member Data Center (MDC). Tickets are affordably priced at 2,000 yen per person. Even if you are unable to attend the event but would like to make a charitable contribution, please purchase tickets online and have them billed through your ACCJ account.

Please note that only ticket holders will receive a commemorative ACCJ Kansai Walk-a-thon T-Shirt at registration (limited to 500 - first-come, first-served basis). Additionally, ticket holders will be entered into a draw to win some magnificent prizes including hotel stays and round-trip air tickets.

Finally, proceeds from each ticket sale will go towards improving the environment for working women in Japan through the support of various organizations. The majority of ACCJ-supported recipient organizations are also carrying out relief efforts for victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
