In this interactive workshop, we will look at factors that affect our presence, and consider how to develop a presence that matches our vision of what we would like to achieve.

What constitutes someone's presence? We tend to judge others not only on what they verbally communicate but also on what kind of "presence" they have. Leaders who have "executive presence" do not acquire this just because of an executive title on their business card. Instead we may perceive "executive presence" by their confidence, passion, and integrity, some of which are projected explicitly and others more subtly.

Participants will have an opportunity to think about how they would like to develop their own presence and how they can effectively exhibit that presence.

Yuko Morimoto, the leader of the workshop, worked in corporate training and executive coaching in the high-tech industry in Silicon Valley from 1995 to 2009.
