Dr. Lechleiter will share his personal experiences in "Leading in Uncertain Times." Leadership plays a critical role to navigate through ever-increasing uncertainties surrounding the current economic and business environment.
Dr. Lechleiter will talk about the leadership required to overcome difficulties from the various perspectives - as a top management of a global pharmaceutical manufacturer whose Japanese affiliate is headquartered in Kobe, Hyogo, where consolidation of biomedical industry is progressing, as a representative of the pharmaceutical industry in his capacity as Chairman of PhRMA (Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America), and as a chemist.
