What to expect:
How can you implement behavior in your company that affects your profit and loss statement positively? Join us at this interactive workshop to learn to recognize the power of starting discussions, negotiations and/or requests with an explanation of the impact which will have on the profit and loss (P&L) of the company.
The workshop presents the P&L statement and its relationship to the running of a company via an interactive, engaging, activity: darts! This innovative approach emphasizes the importance of generating multiple alternatives for any and all activities. Finally, we show how to quantify each alternative and its impact on the P&L statement.
This workshop is for managers who wish to obtain respect and commitment for their work, ideas, suggestions and efforts made both in the past and going forward.
What you will learn:
1.) Basic understanding of the Company Profit and Loss Statement.
2.) Understanding of how activities impact the statement.
3.) Understand how to use your understanding of the impact on the P&L to increase respect, confidence and commitment from those with whom you work, internally or internationally.
About the facilitator:
Tom Wells is president and founder of Zone Japan. Also the creator of the Universal Business Mind - a training, coaching and consulting method which incorporates data, metrics, and quantification into all aspects of training. Tom gives employs simple, specific yet profound tools which enables them to improve on a daily basis.
