Barbara recently served as the National Managing Principal for Deloitte LLP's award-winning Women's Initiative (WIN) from 2007 to 2012, driving marketplace growth and creating a culture where the best (women and men) choose to be. Barbara also received the 2009 Leadership Award from the Asian Women in Business Organization.
Barbara is committed to building highly diverse world class business organizations, both internally at Deloitte and within the broader business community.
