Come to a panel discussion with long term Japan real estate players who will tell you what they see from their perspectives and discuss as a panel what they think is and will be happening in the Japanese real estate market.



Seth is President and CEO of Pacifica Capital K.K., a Tokyo-based developer and asset manager of commercial properties. Seth has more than 15 years of experience in developing, investing and managing Japanese property. Seth is also a familiar face to ACCJ Journal readers with his monthly feature on real estate.



Geoff Crum, a lender with extensive experience in this market, will speak on the current real estate financing situation. Geoff Crum is General Manager and Head of Real Estate Structured Debt for Aozora Bank, Ltd. Geoff has previously worked with firms including Shinsei Bank,

Capmark (GMACCM), and Asia Pacific Land, focusing on real estate related debt and equity in Japan.



Eiji Enomoto, an executive with one of the top real estate groups of Japan, will tell us what it looks like from a major Japanese player's viewpoint. Eiji has 23 years of experience in real estate both onshore and offshore, and most recently he oversees and is responsible for the investment management unit of Nomura Real Estate Group as Deputy Company President.



Ben Duncan, Managing Director, CBRE Japan, K.K., will speak about the dynamics of the current rental market from the real estate advisory services perspective. Ben has over 7 years experience in Japan, following 8 years in Hong Kong in this area.
